85% ORGANIC DARK CHOCOLATE

Dark chocolate with 85% cocoa content is a gentle way to enjoy high cocoa chocolate of being neither too bitter nor too overpowering. It’s balanced with just enough sugar to separate the bitterness and the acidity, resulting in an almost savoury note. The organic vanilla naturally seasons the chocolate and softens it’s bitterness. We have this chocolate in 100g, 55g and 40g packaging.
